Half of price is required as a deposit to purchase a slot.
The full payment (the remaining half) is required to begin the commission.
You may provide the full payment up front to make the process smoother.
I will wait for feedback at each stage and make any requested revisions.
Once the rendering process begins, further revisions may require additional charges.
Excessive revisions may also lead to additional charges if the client continues to ask for revisions after I communicate that it is getting excessive.
Revisions are not applicable for any "Surprise Me!" commissions
Deadlines will be finalized after I accept the request form.
A rush order fee may be applied for an urgent deadline.
If I fail to complete the commission on time, the client and I will discuss how to proceed and if the client will be issuing a refund. If the reason for not meeting the deadline is due to the client's unresponsiveness while I am waiting for feedback (which is necessary to continue the work), a refund cannot be issued.
No AI or NFT/Crypto usage under any circumstances.
I (the artist) reserve the right to post the art on social media platforms.
I retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork, but the client may post the work to social media platforms if credits to me (Belderchal) are included.
The work may be used commercially if the commercial merchandising fees have been paid.
If the client cancels the commission, half the price will be refunded.
If I cancel, the full price will be refunded.
Text chat through Discord and VGen are preferred. If the client wants to use an alternative communication method, it can be discussed.
The client may ask questions about the commission, and even send unrelated messages as long as it is not excessive (let's just keep things respectful, casual, and lighthearted!).
I will send as many WIPs as the client wants, especially whenever I need feedback on something. Replies may not be instant, especially if I'm caught up in something, but I will always respond when able.
If I ask for feedback and don't receive a reply, I will send a reminder after some time to ensure a timely completion of the commission.
